I feel better after my spurt of misery this morning. I have put on 2lb but that's normal for the week I get my period. It's the exact day I started too so there couldn't be a worse time to weigh myself. I actually expected about 4lb to go on with what I've eaten. So yes, 2lb on. I'm happy. Will easily lose 3lb or more next week with a little sensible eating and getting more faith in myself again. :) I've had my chocolate fix for this month now, I can move on to the next chocolate free 3 weeks.
Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs. Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
