Bouncing into your world on 28 April 2007 @ 8:14 p.m.

1 hour

For the past 5 days I have found it very comfortable to exercise 1 hour per evening.

It started with the cycling last Sunday as it was Marathon day so I felt inspired to complete 26 miles. It took a little over 60 minutes. Although I have stuck to around 25.5 miles other nights cycling I still completed the 60 minutes.

Since Thursday I have been doing my dance exercises I make up myself. Thursday and Friday were ok and I still considered tonight for being a night off. But no, it's Saturday. People up and down the country will be partying and dancing so they will be having fun.

I started it with the idea of doing just 30 minutes.

I am not perfect and I admit, by 6 minutes in I was tempted to pack it in. By 12, I thought this really isn't happening so I will do 20 then I won't feel like I failed. 20 mins in and I am pleased. I think I may as well make it 30 now. It's only another 3 songs. By 40 I am enjoying myself, so I make it 45, but then 50 comes and I am so chuffed with myself, my drive, persistence and determination I finish on an hour.

It really was quite fun. Especially now I feel like I have something other than flab below my breasts. I do alot of arm raising and stretching in my "routine" so I am beginning to feel the benefit of it in my mid body. It is obviously still very fat but I do believe that somewhere amongst that fat is some sort of muscle that is being used.

I feel really good!!!
