Main entry back one but I am here to bring some good Fitness News. Tonight I DID complete 20 miles on the exercise bike. Better still, I completed 20 miles in 44 minutes and 5 seconds.(44.05) I have never been that good. When I first started doing my 20 miles about 2-3 weeks ago, I would finish around 48-49 minutes in. I have sliced 5 minutes off that time. I am doing 5 miles appoximately a minute faster than before. That's 12 seconds off each mile. I think that's a good sign of progress. I feel fitter. I feel more in shape. I feel CAPABLE of keeping this up. I doubt I will get much faster but may hike up the resistance on the bike so I have to work harder. I am so pleased with myself.
Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs. Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
