Tonight I cycled 25 miles. That is actually bad because it's only when I am stressed that I cycle that much. Ugh. Not good at all. I can't be bothered to explain. The more I try to explain the more I want to do something nasty to someone. I may get to a certain weight then decide to enrol in a boxing exercise lesson. Then when I am stressed I can beat the shit out of something to make me feel better. Today has been a really odd day. But overall a near-perfect diet week even if yesterdays "food" was only breakfast bars x 2, low fat crisps and the rest in my body was alcohol (2 pints of lager) and caffine, So in English: Crap mood + Crap food + Guilt bought on by crapness = Work hard day. I enjoyed the exercise though.
Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs. Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
