Well, this weekend has certainly been somewhat magic and it's rubbed off for this week too. I don't know if it was the soup (recipe back one) or those tablets but I have been in and out of the loo all day. I have been feeling really good and cleansed too. I feel really healthy today. Saturday was a night off exercise. Friday I had done 20 miles on bike so I felt like I could do with a rest night. Last night back to 15 and tonight I have done 20 miles again. I did my 15 as planned but still felt energetic and topped it up. All before 9pm too. I don't find cycling a struggle. Maybe I should look for something more challenging this year. But then again, it is working. If it aint broke don't fix it and all that. I do it in front of the tv. It seems effortless and is targetting my problem hips, bum and thighs. I don't find the seat so uncomfortable any more and the joint pains I had last week when I re-started my exercise have gone completely. So I am feeling pretty fit too. I have just had a nice packet of smarties as a treat and was SO HAPPY today when I discovered that the low cal Hot Chocolate in my cupboard was lower in calories than my slim-a-soups. I know what I would rather have. Forget the nourishment 40 cal a mug of hot chocolate is a damn good daily chocolate substitute. I may make that one a daily treat if I have a good day. Actually looking forward to weigh in day this week. I may not be under 16 stone as I wish but it can't be any worse than last week. I have worked hard again this week and hope for a big improvement. :)
