Pain


The last couple of days seem to have flown by.

I had a bit of a bad night Friday night by replacing exercise with 2 bottles of beer and a late night snack but since then all has been VERY well indeed.

20 miles cycled both Saturday and Sunday nights. I have also completed my first 10 miles nice and early today. Not sure if I will do 15 miles overall today or go for the further 10 to keep at a steady 20 miles per day. It will seem a very easy night tonight as it's half done anyway.

The weekend I was back to doing 500 press ups a night too but today my shoulders, the left one especially and the top of my back is very very tense and stiff. Not sure if this is due to the additional exercise again or if it's more to the fact I haven't been wearing a my sports bra the last few days. I stopped it because the support is gone in it. It just hangs off me. It doesn't feel supportive like it should. I am getting smaller and my clothes can't keep up. So I have been doing my cycling and press ups in a normal underwired bra. This could be not enough support and putting pressure on my back with the frontal weights.

I could just do with a really really big lovely massage.

Heaviest: 20st 9lb. 289lbs.

Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs.

Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
