I went on holiday on Monday. Friday night I come home and I have indeed, lost 4LBS like last year.

How can it be???

I hoped but didn't see it as possible really.

I did eat ok but didnt deny myself anything. I just ate sensibly and did not over eat. I even came home feeling guilty as I felt I didn't do enough exercise. I do think it helped being a single parent to the liveliest 2 year old in the world, having races - Yes, that silly running thing I see people do - around the caravan park with said toddler helped along with the swimming, the running after escaped child and lots of jumping up and down and dancing the night away with the toddler club. If I sat down for more than 10 minutes with child then that was a long time. I did have fun though.

Back onto real exercising tomorrow as legs need some help. Arms feel good after swimming but I want my thighs to feel tougher again.

Losing weight is making me more physically fit to do all this extra stuff with my son. I am so happy about that. The more I lose the more I can do and the more I can do the more I lose. That's the type of slimming circle I like.

Heaviest: 20st 9lb. 289lbs.

Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs.

Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
