3lb on. A little worse than I expected but I can live with it. I know where my problems have been this week. Which translates as I ATE too much and didn't do ENOUGH exercise but I haven't been that well physically. Also, I did eat late at night last night which I don't like doing. I also ate alot of fruit last night before bed. Unfortunately they were in some really scrummy biscuits and I ended up eating the last 8. So I am back to 15 7 and back in the mid lbs struggle I complain about ALL the time.
Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs. Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
