Another light eating day and a later meal. Pasta with tomato and veg sauce. Probably far more than I should have eaten but I liked it. Beyond that there were no set meals. Snacks of celery, 1 piece of toast with low fat spread and a little picking at salad foods and carrots throughout the day. I just ate a wholemeal pitta bread, toasted, with brown sauce too. That was nice. I also exercised. 10 miles on cycle (don't want to overdo it when I haven't used it for a while and I found a way of sitting comfortable on it too) 500 press ups and some stretching. Drank lots and lots of water, only 2 coffees, didn't finish off the bottle of wine in the fridge and relaxing with a low cal hot chocolate drink. So in all, It HAS been a good day. I am getting really hung up over my arms. I hate my upper arms. I seem to be comfortable with my lower body although it is still FAR too big but it's my arms I am obsessing over. I love my shoulders and back but I hate my flabby arms. I don't want such gigantic bingo wings. How can I tone my arms more. My thighs and bum get the cycle workout and it is working. My jeans are loose on my thighs. The same jeans I battled to fit into for my 25th birthday are getting too big for me. I lost the weight put it back on then lost even more than I thought possible. Despite all the excess water, I do think I am not getting rid of it like I should do. I think I should need to wee more often. But it seems to be stuck making me feel bloated. May look at some water retention tablets tomorrow. I am not doing that as a quick fix, nor a long term one. I didn't even say I would buy any, just look. No harm in that. I am not that obsessive. I definitely feel like I should be making more frequent trips to the ladies. I am sure of it. Well, that was just an idea. Tomorrows dinner as planned is Chicken Chop Suey. Chicken fillets stir fried with mushrooms, beansprouts, onion and garlic. With a good splash of soy sauce to taste. Yum yum. Salad and fruit for snacks and most likely sandwich or pitta with low fat soft cheese and mixed salad for tea. More my sort of food.
