That's right, September, so I am thinking about where I want to be at christmas. I am still weighing the same as I did 2 weeks ago. I am REALLY pleased with that. As much as I loved my holiday I found myself missing one thing. Vegetables and salad. Everything out there is meat and chips. You are lucky to get veg or salad and then if you do it's only over-boiled green beans and carrots. I feel better when I eat vegetables too. I feel healthy and less lethargic. I am pleased to be home and eating the good stuff again. Think I will make a homemade low fat vege lasagne for dinner tomorrow as I am really craving it. I've eaten alot of white bread while I was on holiday and was SO PLEASED to get back to wholegrain bread. I have thought about returning to Weight Watchers but I am not going to. I don't see much point in paying to lose weight when I've got this far without them. If I have to work a bit harder, then I just have to work a bit harder. My new mini goal is 15lbs off (and possibly a size smaller) by christmas. I do think that I will find my college course a further push as I don't want to be the fattest hairdresser there is. I will do it. Also planning on a new haircut before I begin. This girl needs a bit more pampering before she is set out into the world of adults again. x
