14st 1lb. 196lbs. 1lb off. I still cheated this week *whole 250g cadburys fruit and nut saturday night. chips, pizza, full on crap the rest of the week* But I still lost a pound. After a bit of a health scare, I have started this week as I mean to go on. I've had a crap couple of weeks and a few stresses but nothing that was real cause for concern in the end and I am determined to use this to get myself in full physical health. The matter itself is not diet related but it made me think, there's a million ways I could be taking better care of myself. With only 30 days until my holiday I am NOT going to reach my target I set myself. But it doesn't mean that I won't bloody well try to do my best in the next 4 weeks. That means I am cutting back on the complex carbs and sticking to the good carbs again. We are not getting summer this year so it's been easy to fill up on pasta, rice, pasta and bread. I am still doing all the high fibre, brown wholegrain and seeded (bread) varieties but it's still stodge at the end of it. I am determined to cut the heavy things in my stomach. Heavy food = heavy people. An hour on the bike tonight felt great and raised my spirits. I forgot how good exercising felt. I just needed that mental push and encouragement again. I think I may have found it again.
