I am still hoping that I have done well this week. A little incy thing inside me says I have done well this week. My pre-period week is always bad. I bloat a little, not so bad since I changed bread but I still eat extra bread and that chocolate thing. But when that week is bad I *normally* have a very good week following that as the excess pre-menstrual water is gone as are the bad cravings. This weeks eating has been much better overall too. I have a touch of summer fever so meals are lighter and less stodgy. Also my toaster broke so no more late night snacks of toast. Yesterday I had dinner out at McDonalds. Chicken salad sub, side salad and diet coke. Tea was beef salad sandwich. Snacks 1 banana, 1 apple. Bowl of (healthy) cereal before bed as a sweet treat. Today 2 bananas, salmon salad with salad cream (no bread, no potatoes, no pasta, no rice. PURE salmon steak and salad alone) for dinner followed by strawberry angel delight. Egg and tomato sandwich for tea with sauce. Both yesterday and today I have also done 1 hour cycling and covered around 25.5 miles each night. I feel really good too! I have exercised every night since last Monday so I have done 8 days with no break and I am really enjoying it. I look forward to my exercise time as afterwards I feel so good. I need to get my physical activity and endorphines in somehow. With sex and chocolate off the menu the only thing left is exercise. I like to do around 45 minutes minimum. But an hour just makes me feel more successful. Then I can relax and take it easy the rest of the night. It's not bad at all.
