A lazier night on the bike last night. I only did 10 miles and that was forced. I had no real go in me but feeling back on form today and will no doubt complete my regular 25 miles. Boosted on so by Gillian McKeith again. I have been trying a "2 week challenge" that a breakfast cereal is endorsing. The company that makes it claims you can lose up to an inch off your waist in those 2 weeks if you eat 2 bowls of their cereals a day. The funny thing is I have done that in a week. I guess they mean up to an inch off skinny peoples waists. Tomorrow will be the start of week 2 and quite frankly, I am fed up of 2 bowls of cereal a day. I actually feel a little more bloated. Something I have discovered before if I have a diet "rich" in dairy. I do not get on well with alot of milk and bread on my "health plan". I know what I am comfortable with and they don't make me feel comfortable. Just heavy. My weight on Saturday was down 3lb like I suggested it would be, that made me 13st 13lb. Who says 13 is unlucky? It got me BELOW 14 stone. So I am very pleased with that. Will still weigh in tomorrow but I doubt that will have changed much. That's about it.
