I am so bad at the moment. I am trying to correct a weekend of binging on food and alcohol. Takeaways, dinners out. 8 shots (4 doubles) of Archers with lemonade and 3 glasses of wine on Saturday night followed by a ham roll while my pizza was cooking to soak up some liquid. I had about 2000 calories used on drink alone and didnt even feel drunk. Crazy. No more spirits for me. Yesterday and today I have been much better. Well, almost. Today my "diet" consisted of Big M@c, Fries and diet coke and a chicken salad roll with low fat mayo for tea. Maybe not the healthiest of choices but on a plate that would be less than I ate as a snack Saturday night. Did not exercise Friday or Saturday night either but back to normal now and working on things a bit more. I expect to put on 2-3lbs on this completely out of the ordinary weekend but as this type of weekend is so RARE I figured it wont hurt to have a Human weekend and a kick up the backside for a good week next week.
Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs. Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
