Another fantabulous diet day. 20 miles. Healthy foods that were falafel with salad. 2 slim a soups. grapes and more snacks of cherry tomatoes and celery. A really really good day. :) I do think my state of mind is partially down to my healthy new lifestyle. I feel really happy and confident with so much now.
Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs. Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
