Absolutely frightful weekend diet wise. Had a lot of love for some chocolate and felt very happy for a while. I didn't even feel guilty. That's not a good thing but that should be my chocolate urge over for another couple of weeks with a little luck. Today though has been a different story. A bit of sun and my brain switches from binge plans to near perfection. Apple for breakfast. Scrambled egg with pitta bread for lunch. Dinner tonight was 2 chicken breasts, 1 plain, 1 cajun (yes, 2 I'm a fat bloater but did not have any filling carbs with the meal) with salad and a little salad cream. Snacks, zilch. I like those meals BUT I can only realistically do it in good weather. Winter is a time of stodgy, filling and often fatty and comforting foods. I'd rather it wasn't but that's how life goes. I always lose more weight May-September time but don't want to leave it that late this time. I am already thinking like it's summer. I need that. A bit of sun and I don't feel like eating as much. I find new things to do that doesn't revolve around food. I don't need food in that way. I am also thinking of a size 14 bikini when I go away this year. It's a feat but I am working on it. Out of interest, I just looked at a US/UK size conversion page. If I lived in the US, I would be a size 14-16. I LIKE that idea!!! I'll emigrate next week!
