Part One - Holiday At Weight Watchers, when I used to go many moons ago, we were allowed 4 weeks a year "holidays". Weeks where we did not get weighed. This week I am having a "holiday" week. Today is my mums birthday and I am cooking a big meal for the family again. I like being hostess. So as I am cooking for the evening a meal of homemade lasagne, garlic bread, salad and coleslaw. I feel I will eat more than normal as it is a social event. I'm not going to change my weigh in day just because of a big dinner the night before, I will just leave it this week. It doesn't mean I will try less hard (says she after 2 nights running of no exercise) but I am still doing it in spirit and I will do my exercise today. I will put Matthew up for a nap in a while and do at least 30 mins cycling. Then more after dinner tonight when everyone is gone home. Part Two - Good News Bad News 1. Good News - 3lb off last week! :) Wahey. 202lbs. 2. Good News - I bought a new vest yesterday. size 12-14 It's not even as tight on my bust as I would have hoped *snigger* that nicely leads us onto.... 3. Bad News - I bought MORE new underwear last week. I am a D-Cup. I have NEVER been a D CUP! I don't want smaller breasts! Yes, I do like the fact it looks like my breasts have serious uplift, maybe even surgery to look so pert and round compared to what I was this time last year, but.... but it's not fair!
Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs. Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
