This weeks new food obsession is breakfast cereals. Yum yum. I have done a total of 60 miles over the past 3 days on the exercise bike as I have been feeling in better spirits and far far more confident and determined again. I have the power to do what I want right now as I am on a little cloud all of my own and nothing can make me happier really so I will do whatever I set my mind to. Brain power hey? Good old Gillian McKeith is back too. That woman makes me so determined too. I need people like that saying fat is bad. Get off your arse and fix it every now and then. She may make people cry but she is a little inspiration that woman. No weigh in tomorrow as I am on a super health kick until the weekend so I will weigh on Saturday then really let my hair down, have a few glasses of wine and rest for a little while. :) Hahaha, Maybe... or I could find another physical activity to make the night go quicker.
