My hard work has paid off. This morning my scales read 16st 1lb. (225lbs) That's 5lb off. I am at my lowest weight again and I cannot express how happy I would feel if I can be in the 15's next week. I KNOW I can do it when I try, I just need to keep myself motivated and seeing such results is the best way possible. I did think that maybe I would do a comparison entry but feeling in high spirits, I would rather leave it to the end of January or a low day so I can see how far I have come. I do have the motivation to keep trying again which is great. Drinking water is improving my complexion no end. All my bad areas are better than before. Diet, water and exercise is doing me so much good at the moment. I will keep this up. :) Let me try to explain my arms obsession. I don't like my arms and that's no secret but the reason I hate them is that I do not see any improvement at all. My thighs, as fat as they are do look less wide. I see the difference in the bath mainly. I have several inches each side now rather than having my thighs pressed up against the side. But my arms, they are just my arms. My clothes don't seem to fit any different on my arms. I have gone down in sizes but where loose fitting or sleeveless tops most of the time. This morning I ate a yogurt for breakfast. Jacket potato with cheese and salad for lunch. Prawn mayo and salad pitta bread and a fruit fromage frais. Snacks of carrot and 2 kiwi fruits. So I think I have done well yet again. Wandered round some shops, push ups as norm and 10 miles cycling tonight too.
Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs. Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
