I need to take more notice of my body. My menstrual cycle to be more to the point. I thought I was due next week but I had a bit of a surprise earlier. I am actually 2 days early. I didn't have any other signs or did I? Crap skin again - Thought that was due to drinking a bit less water and more diet coke again. Bloating - Never been that BIG a problem before. Still going to give the water tablets a couple of days to see if they make any difference. Biscuit cravings - Thought I was after sugar after cutting down on starchy carbs. At least it wasn't chocolate this time. So, I guess the signs were there but I was ignoring them as I have become far too obsessed with what I put into my body. The thing that doesn't make sense though is that I generally get lazy this time of month but that has not been the case. I have been doing more and feeling good for it so I am continuing that. My knees have been a little stiff at first on the bike but that has been down to my lack of exercise in December and only lasts for approximately 3 minutes. Once I pass that first 3 minutes there is no problem and I can go on for ages. Oh well, feeling even more positive than before knowing this will pass.
Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs. Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
