More Fibre to Fix The Bloating


I weighed myself out of curiosity this morning.

I still think I am retaining too much water and I don't think my digestive system is moving fast enough.

Bearing in mind it is mid-week of my diet and there's the lavatory issues, I have apparantly put on 2lbs since Wednesday.

Yes, I know better than to weigh myself more than once a week but I really need to clean out my system and wanted to know my weight to see if I was as bloated as I felt.

I know I ate more than I should have yesterday and I drank alot of water after 9pm so most of the excess weight will be that but still, I need to do some work if I am going to make it to less than 16stone by Wednesday.

Time for a detox boost with home made veg curry.

Potatoes, onions, garlic, chillies, tin of tomatoes, tin of chick peas, corriander, red pepper and a green pepper. If that doesn't do some good then who knows what will.

Served with a little rice for lunch and tea this evening will be to finish the thing off with a wholemeal pitta bread. That should be enough fibre surely.

Heaviest: 20st 9lb. 289lbs.

Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs.

Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
