Bouncing into your world on 18 January 2007 @ 9:21 p.m.
I read a tip on a health page somewhere today and I would quote it but I've forgotten and I read something that made me smile. "To become smaller in size you need to think smaller in size. Eat from smaller plates and if you have cereal put it in a smaller bowl and eat with a small spoon. The brain visualises a full bowl and a full spoon and makes you want to eat less thinking it has had it's share." I have actually tried this in the past and my verdict on that is utter bollocks. It didn't convince my stomach it was full and I ended up snacking the rest of the day. So don't fall for things that sound too good to be true. In life - especially weightloss, if things sound too good to be true they usually are.
Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs. Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
