Non Diet Day Again


Ah the Wednesday morning weigh in.

Something I am rather excited yet nervous about most weeks.

Last week, I was a woman on a mission. Being back to 16st 1lb (225lbs) I wanted to be under 16 stone (224lbs) this week.

This morning I weighed 15st 11lb.(221lb)

Positive thinking and sheer determination helped me lose 4 lbs this week. I can keep it up if I see results.

I mean sometimes when I am typing I forget that they are my arms and wrists I see. They look too narrow to be the ones I was used to. My rings keep moving where my fingers are becoming smaller. My jeans I struggled to fit into 18 months ago are hanging loose on me. My legs have human shape. I have ankles (I have new shoes hahaha)

I know I can do it.

So that in mind today is a day off. As a reward to me, I am allowed to eat roughly what I want. I will not be silly and have fish n chips for lunch, indian takeaway for dinner and chinese as a late snack. Nope, it's still in moderation but I will not worry about the cals quite so much. Already had a "chicken salad with lite mayo subway" for lunch and will probably have grilled salmon and salad for dinner tonight.

Tomorrow will be spanish chicken, rice and veg.

Friday roast chicken, new potatoes (not roast for me) and veg.

Saturday chicken curry and rice.

Sunday chicken and veg kebabs.

See a pattern here!!!?? I live on chicken. I rarely touch red meat. I ♥ chicken. I try to eat fish 1-2 times a week but chicken is great. It's versatile and goes in anything.

Heaviest: 20st 9lb. 289lbs.

Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs.

Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
