Working Hard For New Challenge

Been looking at a couple of the very first entries today.

I started this diet diary at 18st 11lb. I lost about 12lbs very quickly but by May when I split with the husband, my weight had rocketed up to 19st 1lb. In less than four months I put on over a stone. That was me then.

I eat when I am stressed.

Before christmas there were things getting to me. My weight slowly crept up to be anywhere between 16st 2 and 16st 6. But with some positive thinking I think I have overcome that hurdle.

I always get stuck in the middle. The inbetweens ARE the hardest. The 5-9lbs suck. I always seem to struggle about then. Now I am down to 16 1 again I am only 2lb away from being in a lower stone categorie altogether. That is where the determination comes in. But midway, it seems so far to get into the lower lbs. Next midway though will be 15st 7. That would equal my lowest ever weight that I achieved while at Weight Watchers about 7-8 years ago. I intend to be out of the 15's and onto the 14's as quickly as possible to make a new all time low record.

If that is not incentive to do well over the next few months, then I don't know what is.

I would love to be in the 14's by early March.

2 months to lose 16lbs. 2lb per week to lose (based on 4 week months) = Very very possible. We will see.

I didn't actually get as far as my 10 miles on the bike last night. I had planned on it but decided that as I had done so well, and done my girly push ups and walked alot, I would have a night off. I also chose to have a Non Diet Day and had a few little snacks over the course of the evening. The snacks I deny myself all the other 6 days of the week. A cream cheese roll, a cup a soup, packet of crisps. tut tut. I was having a hungry night and I need to keep my energy up. :)

Today for dinner I had turkey escalope, chips and salad.

In the past, I would have easily eaten 2 pieces of turkey. 1 now, is more than enough. I rarely eat chips but these things don't hurt occasionally.

The lovely child is playing in his room so I have already completed my Girly Push Up's for the day. (GPU's for future reference, I am getting lazy) All 500 of them so I can have a relatively easy night in front of the tv and cycling or having a dance to Girls Aloud and Madonna. Depends on how I feel later I guess.

Heaviest: 20st 9lb. 289lbs.

Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs.

Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
