Last week I weighed myself on Friday instead of Wednesday. I weighed 14st 9lb. Today I weigh the same. I am going to keep on with Wednesdays rather than switch to Fridays. I've had PMS symptoms all week but I did actually come on today so I feel like I have done VERY well to stay the same with that in mind. Tonight I felt like a change and went for the dance hour rather than the cycling. I was going to take it a little easier and stop on 30 minutes but I was enjoying myself.
Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs. Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
