I went back and checked. I have lost 4lb this week!!! So as I said I am 15 3. (213lbs) I now have a SERIOUSLY BIG short-term goal. I set myself the challenge of losing 1 stone in weight by April 11th. That gives me SIX weeks to shift 14lbs. That will do the following: 1) Have me on the brink of losing 5 stone in a year. I began officially dieting seriously the week I kicked that waste of space I called a husband out of my life. If I can be 14 2 or less by the start of May then I achieved my goal and lost over 70lb. 2) I will also be weighing in less than 200lbs if I make the 14lb goal. I am already at my lowest ever adult weight so anything from now on is a bonus but I would be happy beyond words to be able to say I am finally less than 200lbs. So I have some real good targets to aim for over the coming weeks. Anything is possible if you really want it and really want to try for it. That's exactly what I want by the start of the summer. I know it's asking ALOT but I would love to end the summer around 13stone to 13 7. Well I mean September and if I am under 13 stone by my birthday then That would be heaven on earth. Got almost 7 months to worry about that though. Well, One Goal at a time Becky, One Goal at a time....
