Peter Andre Stomach


Today I am trying out brown rice.

Brown multigrain rice.

Hmmmm, the biggest test.. will I like it? Will I be so convinced that brown is not as nice as white that I will be opinionated to think the worst?

Second biggest test, will the child notice it's different when covered in chilli con carne?

Well, I have switched to multigrain bread and it didn't kill me.

In fact, I have NOT felt bloated once since switching from white to granary bread. If anything, I eat more bread now as I feel it is helping me to be healthy inside. Very good.

If only I could begin to conquer the coffee problem. 11.32 and onto 4th mug with sweetener and semi skimmed milk. I was up earlier today though and with dinner I switch to water.

Cycled just 15 miles last night BUT I did an additional 500 reverse crunches to try and get a stomach like Peter Andre. Well, not as such, I just mean I want a sexy toned stomach and Peter always has his on display. Much work needed!!!
