This was taken about this time last year when I was most unhappy in my life. I hated myself. I hated my weight. I hated lots of things. I was around 20stone then I would guess (280lbs)

TO THIS in about a year. Where I am now getting satisfyingly close to the 200lb mark. Yes, it's still high but not as half as bad as things were. It's taken a long time. It's taken work but I have never been happier on such a personal level.

Heaviest: 20st 9lb. 289lbs.

Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs.

Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
