Good week, bad week. Good week, bad week.

Last week was bad, so this week should be good. :)

As long as I get results in the long run I don't really care. You win some you lose some!

Won't weigh in tomorrow though as I am saving it for Friday this week. I have a little personal goal that I would like to reach for that day. A couple more days to shift an extra lb or too. If I do it, I do it, if not it won't ruin my life but things are looking good this far.

I am feeling pretty confident with my diet again now. It's the best time of year to diet!

Of course, it is easier with no chocolate left in the house. That was just asking to be eaten!

Probably had a little too much alcohol this week but keeping on top and a couple of times this week ahead of exercise. Cycled 10 miles early Sunday morning and did 25 mins dance this morning before Matthew was up. Eating well too.

Posted more new photo's over at myspace last night. But can't be bothered to trawl for codes and such.

My shoulders are half the width they were (back an entry if you missed it) My face is such a different shape now. I have ONE chin and cheekbones.

Of the people I see often, everyone keeps telling me I look younger than I did when I was 18. That's good as long as I don't get asked for ID clubbing this weekend. So I get to dance again! Hooray!

Heaviest: 20st 9lb. 289lbs.

Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs.

Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
