Weighed myself a day early this week as I am off on holiday today and I am still the same. 17st exactly. (238lbs) I am off on holiday in a couple of hours and I know I will either do really well (Last year I lost 4-5lbs whilst away as less time to eat and more time to enjoy myself) or I am going to pile it on. I am hoping for the former of course. I will be overall more active for a few days. Daily swimming, even if I only do 1/2 hour actual swimming per day that is a great toning exercise and nearly 200 calories burned. Then there's the normal walking and so on. And the general running after a toddler thing that comes with parenthood. I definitely don't eat as much on holidays as I am too pre-occupied with what is going on around me and I don't see a holiday as an excuse to eat nothing but chips. I do try to stay reasonably healthy but we will have a chinese takeaway one night. A well deserved treat I think.
