Back to being stricter with oneself. I know I said I would start again Wednesday but today: Breakfast: Low fat yogurt (120 cals) Dinner: Jacket potato, cheese, salad (about 500cals) Tea: 2 mini wraps with 4 spicy mini chicken fillets. Salsa and salad. low fat crisps (baked) (550 cals) Snacks: dried fruit (150 cals total cals=1320) Exercise 36 minutes cycling=15 miles 380 cals burned! So not too bad for day 1, especially considering I started my period bang on time. I have been craving sweet things lately so thought I would buy some currants and sultanas in the supermarket today to stop me looking for chocolate. Good girl me. Day 2, I am at my mums most of the day but it looks like I will be eating: Breakfast: low fat yogurt with 4 dessert spoons granola Lunch: Salad in 2 pitta bread Dinner: Roast beef. 3 roast potatoes, sprouts, carrots, green beans, parsnip, gravy. Snacks: dried fruit.
Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs. Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
