2 surprises today.

I stayed at 15st 9lb. And I was ASTONISHED at that. This has been the worst week since my birthday and I remained steady. I must have the exercise balance just right to cancel out so many excess calories.

Secondly, no warning and I am back to my period. I thought I was due the weekend so I was starting to look out for PMS things but didn't get a thing. So with that I would have normally put on lb or too anyway.

Ok, yesterday I was knackered and freezing cold but thought that was due to it being so cold normally and the tiredness down to sitting on MSN til 3am. Which it proabably was.

Now, I am a hypochondriac and look for answers to things.

This time I had NO BLOATING as a warning. I was looking for bloating signs but I never got it as a pre-menstrual "ailment."

However, since my bloating episode, I have NOT eaten much bread at all. I know I am looking for excuses but I have read so much about food intolerances and how wheat in the diet can be a big factor. So, I switched to wholemeal but won't eat more than say 2 rolls, then 2 wraps or pittas per week. So I allow myself up to 4 portions of bread a week (if I eat normal bread which is incredibly rare 2 slices = 1 portion on the Becca Diet......hhhhhmmmmmmmmmmm toast). No more than that.

Of course, it may be completely UNRELATED but just seems so strange.

So I am pretty pleased with myself.

Heaviest: 20st 9lb. 289lbs.

Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs.

Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
