This week I am on a holiday bikini type diet to get looking as good as I can before I go away for a week. So no weigh in this week. Next week will be the test on how much I weigh before my holiday. Can't believe it's just one more weigh in before I fly off. I realised a while back I would not reach my mini target but I can only do what I can. I hope no-one has just eaten as this is not going to be pretty. I thought I would take the plunge and show pics of my swimsuit and the current body to try and point out areas where I am feeling confident. Sometimes, we don't see things ourselves and it's only when we see photo's we see improvements. Lets see... The first 2 are pretty rough quality as it's bloody hard to take a photo of a reflection of yourself for a body shot. Picture 1. Not sure how this will look on the diary but hoping you get the idea. Curves! Not something I am going to complain about. Picture 2. You get the idea. :) Not scared off yet? Try this. Picture 3. Beyond the obvious of my magic male attracting charms which I think look good considering I have a child, hehehe, I have an almost flat looking stomach in that picture. I like it. Picture 4. A bit closer of the mid area which is looking in shockingly good shape. That's enough torture! But still, size 16!!! :) That is good for me. Never been so small and well proportioned. I did go into town today and purchased two belts. Well, they are called "scarves" but I only want them as light belts to liven up a plain white dress. One is white with cherries and the other brown with blue beads hanging. But the reason I am so pleased is that they are classified as scarves and fit loosely around my waist to give it some definition I'm very happy with that idea. I wouldn't have been able to do that this time last year so I am happy.
