Have I got the "go" to start cycling again tonight? I can't remember the last time I exercised. The weight is coming off which is all that matters but I feel like I am slacking and could be trying harder. I do notice a difference and do notice the difference in my thighs more than anything. Keep as I am doing or try harder? I don't know. I'm just lazy.
Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs. Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
