Think I probably ate too much today. Never mind. It was tasty. Yogurt Spaghetti, veg sauce with extra veg, 3 slices garlic bread, parmasan cheese. Crackers. Slim-A-Soup and pitta bread. celery carrots more crackers. more crackers. 2 coffees, rest water. I know it is nothing too bad but I did have alot of cheese.... Still exercised to my optimum of 15 miles and 500 GPU's so not feeling bad at all. Feel like I've been to a gym. Oh well, shower time again.
Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs. Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
