Wasting Pounds


I actually almost set to my food planning today.

Breakfast-zilch
Lunch-Chicken, mushrooms, onion, garlic, red pepper, beansprouts stir fried in soy sauce
Tea-Pitta bread with low fat soft cheese and salad. low fat yogurt.

Snacks: 1 carrot. packet of square crisps(my treat for the day but still less than 100cals). 2 kiwi fruit.

Yes, I really ate fruit today all by myself.

3 coffees, (no diet coke for 4 days!!!) and lots of water. No caffine after 5pm is my newest rule.

Exercise: 1 hour medium walk. 500 p/u, 15 miles bike. 5 minutes stretching and trying to exercise my fat arms a bit more.

I did visit the ladies a few more times today so that is good news, If I put that much liquid in, it should come out.

I feel sorta...... glowing........ healthy.

I got back into this exercise thing quicker and easier than planned. Because it does make me feel good. I am liking it.

I ALMOST made a resolution to join a gym if I made it to 14st 7lbs by the summer. Less than 2 stone away but I changed my mind.

Why?

1. I am too self concious. I would look like a cow in a field of skinny goats.

2. £30 a month to cycle, lift weights and watch people posing.

I would actually do very little other than cycling and i have that at home for nothing. Seems a big waste of 360 pounds (and not fat pounds at that) per year and I don't think it would actually motivate me any more at all.

Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs.

Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
