Today I have only had 1 caffine fuelled beverage. But 4 drinks of water. I am accepting that having a drink doesn't mean putting the kettle on. I am peeing for England here. Yesterday was a "relax" day. Shopping at the supermarket and 300 push ups were all I did. I ate later in the day than I would like to as I prefer main meals at lunchtime and I probably overate a little too yesterday but I am not perfect. I am just working on it. Yesterday I had: Breakfast*: 2 satsumas Snacks: celery, carrots, a few chocolates Exercise: Shopping and press ups Today: Breakfast*: 1 carrot (I AM trying....) Snacks: None as yet Exercise: 40 minute walk. 300 press ups, 5 miles cycling so far. Further 5 miles cycling or 20 minutes dance to complete tonight. *For Aunty Claire!!! :) I am trying to eat something in the mornings though I find it hard to do so. I have never eaten breakfast but I am trying to make more of an effort to have something.
Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs. Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
