I am really into trying new healthy foods at the moment. Especially fish! This evening I am cooking grilled tuna steak with rocket salad (shop bought bag) and creating a little dressing by myself. Ginger, chilli, garlic and corriander stirred into some soy sauce and a drizzle of sesame oil. Sprinkled over the top with thinly sliced spring onions and a few pieces of cucumber. I do like the sound of that. Exercise is going well. Last 2 days I have cycled an hour per day. But I am craving bread again. I am about 90% sure I am due another period and my skin is crap too - another sure sign. Oh well, if I put on a lb or two this week, I know why and it won't be because I've been eating rubbish and not exercising. I have been doing well considering the weekend. But that was only 24 hours. Still have 6 days to get over that.
Currently: 13st 7lb. 189lbs. Total loss: 6st 13lb. 100lbs.
